Cancellations & Returns Policy

We hope that you are absolutely delighted with your new purchase. We are always available by email or phone to answer any queries or support questions you may have.

Should a situation arise whereby your purchased products need to be returned to us we have a 30 day money back guarantee policy.

 

When your product is delivered

Upon delivery of your purchase please check them thoroughly and get in touch if you have missing or damaged purchases within 3 working days of the delivery.

As installation of any speaker unit may mark or damage its appearance we ask all customers to be 100% sure they wish to keep the product before installation begins.

 

Returning a purchase

All returns to Install Audio must be first be requested by email and agreed by us. Please provide you name, address, products to be returned and the reason you wish to return them.

You will then receive an email with specific instructions on where to return your items and a ‘Return Merchandise Authorisation’ to identify your return once returned to us. Products should be received back to us within 7 days of a Customer receiving a RMA for this policy to apply.

For any products returned to us and received back in a condition below their originally supplied condition, we reserve the right to return them to you or charge an appropriate fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days of us receiving your returned goods, using the original method of payment. The only cost to you will be the postage costs of returning the items to us, please ensure you return method is ensured to the value of the goods.

Exchanges

We can exchange your returned items for other stocked products that suit your needs. If a difference in cost exists then we will ask you to pay the difference for any higher priced items you request. If you request lower priced items we will issue you a credit note for the difference that you can spend at a later date. The only cost to you will be the postage costs of returning the items to us plus any applicable restocking fees, please ensure you return method is ensured to the value of the goods.

 

Multi-buy Offer Returns

Where a customer has purchased a product at a promotional discounted rate due to a volume purchase of other products if the promotional product is to be kept it will be charged to the customer at its full £RRP. This difference in cost will be charged to the customer via a deduction from any refund for the returned core products.

Items Returned Because They Are Damaged, Defective or Incorrect

In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective on delivery, we will refund the reasonable insured postage costs that you incur to return it to us. However, you must initiate the Returns Process within 3 business days of delivery and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA).

 

International Orders

Please note that our 30 day returns policy applies only to EU Consumers. Transactions that are applicable to EU Business to Business orders (trade sales), and all customer orders from outside of the EU, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance by Install Audio.

 

Product Warranties

All products purchased from Install Audio carry a minimum of 12 months warranty that covers replacement or repair if your goods have a defect. Accidental damage is not covered.

Monitor Audio speakers carry a 5 year manufacturer warranty.

Products that fail due to a manufacturing fault within 28 days from the day of delivery will be exchanged for a brand new item of the same make and model. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging complete with all accessories and manuals. We will refund the reasonable insured postage costs that you incur to return it to us.

We check and test all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the postage costs you incur in returning the product to us.

Products that fail due to a manufacturing fault 29 days or more after the day of delivery (but still within the product’s warranty period) will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The only cost to you will be the insured postage costs that you will incur in returning the product to us.
